Passages is a grass roots, private, non-profit organization...
operated by a local, volunteer Board of Directors.
Funded by the Wisconsin Dept. of Health and Social Services, Dept. of Justice, area counties, and contributions from churches, corporations, and individuals dedicated to providing safety, protection and support to those caught in the vicious cycles of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
Recognizing intimate partner violence is a major problem confronting society today.
Passages is committed to offering community education to foster cooperation towards a non-violent future.
